The title of this researcher's dissertation was "Evaluation of Changes in the Corneal Subbasal Neural Network and Corneal Epithelial Layer in Patients with Photophobia: A Case Study Using Confocal Microscopic Scanning in Patients Referring to Farabi Ophthalmology Hospital," which was conducted under the scientific guidance of Dr Seyed Farzad Mohammadi, Dr Motaharah Sadeghi, and the consultation of Dr Samira Yadegari

In this study, structural and morphological changes in the corneal subbasal neural network (SBNP) and the corneal epithelial layer in patients with photophobia were investigated, focusing on their relationship with neurological and immune changes; a topic that can play an effective role in the development of knowledge and clinical applications in the field of ophthalmology, especially in the use of new technologies such as confocal microscopy imaging and neurological and immune data analysis.
